* Dacia’s Designs specializes in graphic tops, customized apparel, and other customizable items. We have everything you need for holidays, birthdays, reunions, graduations, and other special occasions.

* Flip flops are rubber with polyester coating. Most ladies up to size 9 order small. Most ladies 9.5+ order medium.

* Please understand that I can not accept cancellations.

* Refunds or exchanges are only issued if there ever is a defect in the materials or in craftsmanship. If you discover a problem, I will handle your matter promptly and professionally.

* Processing averages 5 to 7 BUSINESS days but can vary widely due to delays in shipping of supplies and/or packages. After your package is shipped out and you are given a tracking number, Dacia’s Designs is no longer responsible for any “no show” packages. I will do my best to help you track your package down but there’s only so much I can do If it states delivered to mailbox or front door. If you feel the need to require a signature upon receiving your item (don’t trust your neighborhood) please message me for details to upgrade to the “signature on delivery” there is an extra charge for that. I’m sorry but this shop is small and can’t afford to lay out the extra money for time + material + shipping.
